Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your DMV Greek purchase. Please review the following requirements before requesting a return or exchange.
Return and Exchange Window
Contact DMV Greek within 14 days after delivery to request a return or exchange. Email dmvgreekllc@gmail.com and include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the request.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with all original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Final-Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized or personalized merchandise
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise
- Gift cards
- Worn, washed, used, damaged, or altered merchandise
- Earrings removed from their original packaging, for hygiene reasons
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs for eligible returns and exchanges. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method because DMV Greek is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.
Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, email dmvgreekllc@gmail.com within 14 days after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when applicable. If the issue is confirmed, DMV Greek will provide instructions and cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise is received and inspected. You will be notified whether the refund has been approved. Financial institutions may require additional time to post an approved refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, DMV Greek may offer a refund for an eligible item or another available option.
